How to do a Relaxing Foot Spa at Home?

Is there anyone who doesn't like foot spa? It's one of the most rewarding and relaxing things you can dream of after a tired day. The good news is that you don't have to go to the salon. Enjoy a relaxing foot spa at home. This article will guide you on how to pamper your feet. Professional salon pedicures can reverse the situation to some extent, but for many of us these treatments are out of budget. Since there are few products at hand, you can get the same spa effect at home. Get ready to do your best with these simple tips for doing a foot spa at home.

Why should you try this DIY foot spa?
This foot spa offers a luxurious and rejuvenating spa experience at home. Other than that, there are certain benefits.

  •  No more rough feet-
if you have rough feet that are fragile, this foot spa is your must-have. This spa removes the irregular and sensitive skin on top and reveals fresh skin from the inside. You can be sure to get the same "soft foot effect" as the expensive chemical foot spa treatment.

  •  Zero Odor-Bacterial and fungal
Accumulation is a common foot problem. This leads to foul odors and inflammatory skin conditions. This foot spa treats the causes of stinky feet. If stored regularly, the stench will not recur. Remove the brown.

  •  Get Ride Sun Tan
This foot spa helps soothe sun-damaged skin and remove the dullness caused by sunburn. The spa treatment package contains soothing ingredients to get rid of the sunburned light.
  • Detoxification Treatment
Soaking your feet is a great way to detoxify your body. This spa uses high sodium salts that provide the detoxifying power of home spas.

  • Economical and Chemically Free
This spa treatment uses only chemically food-free food ingredients. This soothing and radiant spa treatment is, of course, much cheaper than any salon spa treatment.

How To Do A Foot Spa At Home: Step-By-Step Guide

Before you start, you need to gather the equipment and ingredients you will need for a foot spa. Here’s what you need:

1.A big plastic tub (big enough to soak your feet)
2.Warm water
3.A jar of marbles (optional but can be used for foot massage)
5.Salts (a tablespoon of Epsom or sea salts)
6.Essential oils (lavender, peppermint, or lemongrass oils)
7.Powdered milk (2-3 tablespoons)
8.Almond oil (1 tablespoon)
9.A handful of rose petals (optional)
10.A foot scrubbing brush or a foot scrub

How to make a foot spa at home?
First, prepare a footbath. Take 3/4 bucket of warm water and add 3-4 tablespoons of salt, 2 teaspoons of olive or almond oil, 1 teaspoon of bath gel or hair cleanser. Soak your feet for about 10 to 15 minutes. If you do this on a regular basis, or if you don't have very hard callus, 7-8 minutes is sufficient. After soaking your feet, press them to dry. Rub your feet with the previously prepared scrub for about 5-7 minutes. Massage your feet with firm movements focused on the acupoints. It can be used with a nail brush and pumice stone in between. The dead skin is easily peeled off. Wash your feet with running water. At this point, you can perform the most important steps to press the cuticle to clean your nails. Don't forget to apply the cuticle oil immediately. Apply foot wrap and leave for 10-15 minutes. Gently wash and apply thick foot cream. If your baby wants soft feet, hydrate for an hour and then cover your feet with socks. Finish your spa treatment with a good manicure or nail polish.

Bonus Tips:
The softening effects will last more if you moisturize your feet regularly.
You may also use this foot spa for doing spa manicure at home. Hand skin is delicate and not as rough as foot skin. So, use sugar or coffee for scrubbing instead of salt.
